I have the pleasure to introduce you to my beloved Bigos.
His name come from a traditional polish dish which is a sour cabbage, meat and mushrooms stew. He was given this name by a group of drunk students, so please do not even try to understand why it is so. There is no explanation and no reason for that name whatsoever.
Bigos is a globetrotter and travelled already to many countries. This time he goes back to his home town – Kraków, Poland for few days and then along with his friends he will travel by car to Norway.
He decided that this time he will write a full report from his travel along with tips and photos.
So dear readers stay tuned as Bigos goes to Norway and mid May he will be back to share some Norwegian madness with you.
